Masca and Ciel were put on hold because they we licensed if I remember correctly @.@.

Well it seems another group has also picked it up but we plan to go on scanlating it. @0@

We heard both Masca and Ciel were stopped being licensed. We are thinking of releasing one chapter of Masca. If you have any information about the license, please let us know. Because we drop the project once it is licensed.
